Regrettably, in view of the uncertainty as to when it will be safe for gatherings due to of COVID-19 the 2021 Winter Meeting, 30th January, will be held using ZOOM.
The WIRG 2021 Summer Meeting and the 2020 AGM and 2021 AGM will take place in July 2021 at a location to be advised.
The 2020 Winter Meeting will take place by ZOOM on 30 January 2021-further details will be announced soon.
The 2020 Annual Report, including Financial Accounts, was circulated to the Membership in July 2020.
If you have previously supplied your e-mail address, documents will be sent as an e-mail attachment. If you are able to receive these by e-mail but have not yet given or updated any changes to your address, please do so NOW by e-mailing the Treasurer, Shiela Broomfield email@example.com
This will save considerable effort on the part of our hard working Treasurer as well as reducing mailing and paper costs – and save at least a tree branch. All addresses will only be used for WIRG business. If we do not have an e-mail address for you, the Annual Report will be sent by post.
The Charity Commission has accepted that postponement of many AGMs is inevitable due to the ruling by UK Government not to socialise, and Government legislation takes precedence over the WIRG Constitution.
